Vetting an ABA / OT / speech centre — what questions do you ask?

Two centres at the same price point can have completely different outcomes. What's on your checklist before you sign?
Some starting points to expand on:
- Who is the supervising clinician? Are they an RBA?
- Can parents observe sessions?
- How is therapist turnover handled?
- What does the progress reporting actually look like?
What else would you ask? What red flags have you learned to watch for?
