Join Autism Ontario at the Leslie Street Spit for picturesque runs, walks, and movement through Tommy Thompson Park.
This 6-week program is aimed at those who’d like to elevate their fitness in a fun, social setting. After a dynamic warmup we'll go on a gentle guided run or walk, followed by a cool down. No prior running experience needed. Running and walking options will be available to the group at every meeting.
Dates: Six weeks on Friday evenings, October 2nd through November 6th
Time: 5:30-6:45pm
Location: Leslie St Spit, 1 Leslie St, Toronto, ON M4M 3M2
Parking: FREE
Cost: $5 per person for the full 6-wk program. Supporters are welcome to attend for free. Please note dogs are not permitted at Leslie St Spit as it is a conservation site.
Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.
Autism Ontario does not offer transfer of care. Caregivers of children under the age of 18 must remain at the program with their child.
